• Artist Profile Information: Name, biography, profile image, links, and other details you provide.
• Content: Artworks, images, portfolios, and catalogue data you upload.

• Payment Information: If you subscribe to Pro, payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store credit card information.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Display catalogues and portfolios (public or private, based on your settings).
• Process Pro subscriptions and payments.
• Improve and personalize the Service.
• Communicate with you (updates, support, legal notices).

We do not sell your information. We may share information in limited circumstances:

• With Service Providers: For hosting, analytics, payment processing, and customer support.
• With Your Consent: If you choose to make your Catalogue Raisonné or Portfolio public, your content will be visible to anyone.
• For Legal Reasons: To comply with laws, regulations, or legal processes, or to protect rights, safety, or security.

4. Public Content

If you set your Catalogue Raisonné or a Portfolio to public, the content is accessible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines. Artalyr is not responsible for third parties copying or redistributing your public content.

5. Data Retention

• We retain your information for as long as your account is active.
• You may delete your account at any time, after which your data will be removed or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access and obtain a copy of your data.
• Correct or update inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and data.
• Restrict or object to processing of your data.
• Export your data (data portability).

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption and secure authentication. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Artalyr is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
