Artalyr - Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using Artalyr, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

• You must create an account using accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to impersonate another person or entity.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of the Service

• Artalyr provides tools for artists to create, manage, and share their Catalogue Raisonné and Portfolios.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Service.
• You retain all rights to the content you create, subject to Section 4.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all artworks, images, and information you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Artalyr a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display your content within the Service and in public portfolio views, according to your visibility settings.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and share your content.

Our Content: Artalyr's brand, software, and design are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute our content without permission.

5. Visibility and Public Sharing

• Artists can control the visibility of their Catalogue Raisonné and Portfolios (public or private).
• If you choose to make content public, it may be viewed and shared by anyone. Artalyr is not responsible for how third parties may use publicly available content.

6. Pro Accounts and Payment

• Some features are available only to Pro subscribers.

7. Termination

• You may close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, but certain provisions (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability) will survive.

8. Disclaimers

• Artalyr provides the Service "as is" and without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We do not verify or authenticate artworks, catalogues, or ownership claims. Responsibility for accuracy rests solely with the artist.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artalyr and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

• We may update or modify the Service at any time.
• We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Artalyr is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
